6 Tips to Lose Belly Fat!
Tip #1
Crash diets do NOT work. They are not going to help you to lose belly fat. They only promote unhealthy eating habits that are harmful to your body instead of beneficial.

There are healthy foods you can and should eat when you are trying to lose belly fat. Oatmeal is a great fiber rich way to start the morning, and will keep you fuller longer to chase away a late morning doughnut temptation. Delicious berries are another great snack full of fiber, and a great alternative to greasy chips. Eggs are another great choice. Eggs are high in B12 which your body needs to metabolize fat. Beans and legumes are low cal. and packed with protein. You can easily incorporate beans into a dinner to replace fatty meat a couple nights a week.
Tip #3
Choose what you drink carefully. Soda is loaded with empty calories and sugar. On the other hand Green Tea is loaded with beneficial antioxidants that do all sorts of great things for your body. Green tea has been proven to speed up metabolism, inhibit fat absorption, help glucose regulation, and help reduce appetite. The great thing about tea is you can drink it warm or iced. Switch your coffee for green tea a couple mornings, or keep a jug chilled in the fridge to choose instead of soda.

Eating right is a good start, but exercise is a must when trying to lose belly fat. The good news is you can take it as gradual or as fast as your lifestyle allows. Exercise seems to be addicting, the more you do it, the better you feel, and the more you want to do it to keep yourself looking and feeling good. It is important to do the right kind of stomach exercises. Crunches are a good start, followed by leg lifts, the bicycle, and using an exercise ball to work on abs.
Tip #5
Sleep is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, but also helps when you are trying to lose weight. Tired people tend to sit around and snack more. Also if you are properly rested, you have more energy to burn more calories. I know it can be hard, but try to give your body the rest it requires.

NEVER GIVE UP! Everyone is different. People learn in different ways, people are good at different things, and people lose weight in different ways. Just because you tried one thing and failed does not mean you are never going to be able to lose weight, it means what ever you tried was not right for you. Look at it as a learning experience and move on. Most things at life take time and practice to learn how to do, think of weight loss the same way.
